Upon its completion early next year, 432 Park Avenue will be the third tallest building in America and have the highest roof in New York City rising above both the Empire State Building and the Chrysler Building. To accommodate it’s tremendous height, every 12th floor was left open to relieve the wind vortex on the structure and prevent the building from swaying.
